Clinical Psychologist
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in private practice since 2009 and now working from my practice in Kingsland, central Auckland. I offer psychological assessment and therapy to adults and couples.

My main therapeutic approaches are CBT, ACT and DBT with a special interest in mindfulness based approaches. I also have advanced training in EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprogramming) for trauma processing and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) for couples therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to provide a safe, ethical and evidenced-based practice to help improve people's psychological wellbeing.
Qualifications: BA, MA (first class honours), P.G Diploma Clinical Psychology
Registration: Clinical Psychologist (Clinical Scope), New Zealand Psychologists Board (NZPB)

I attend regular supervision and and am committed to ongoing learning to keep to to date with psychological research to best serve my clients needs.

Fees:
Individual therapy $220 (Incl GST) 50 mins
Couples therapy: $240 (Incl GST)

Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a full-session cancellation fee

I have extensive experience helping people with a wide range of mental health difficulties including Depression (with a special interest in Perinatal Distress), Emotion regulation difficulties, Anxiety, Trauma, Anger, Sleep, Grief, & Relationship difficulties.

I hold supplier and provider contracts with ACC for:
ACC sensitive claims (ISSC)
ACC Psychological Services (PSA) for accidents and physical injury

I offer clinical supervision to other psychologists and health providers
